Reset the Rhythm Logo Reset the Rhythm: An experiential evening including dinner, conversation, exploration, and a new way to look at how life works.

Julie Interrante, MA, will guide us through the art of slowing down and being present, which is a lesson we can learn from the dying. She says, "In 25 years of working with people who are preparing to die, no one has ever said to me, 'I wish I had worked more.' No one has ever said, 'I wish I had made more money.' No one has said, 'I wish I had more stuff.'"

“They have, however, said, ‘I wish I were happier. I waited too long to do what I really wanted. Now it seems too late.’”

We can use anything in our lives to awaken and become more present. We can use the discomfort of a job change, a health challenge, the end of a relationship, or the death of a loved one. It requires slowing down enough to honor the pace and movement of life that is taking place in each of us all the time.

"Julie has a special brand of life wisdom that connects with something deep within and opens up new possibilities, new ways to be in your world," says Susan Frazier of ALF Class VI

Life has a rhythm. Nature has a rhythm. You have a rhythm. Come reset the rhythm -- the time is now!
